That’s where I come in. I design highly personalized travel experiences using a trusted network of on-the-ground partners, private guides, and exceptional properties — so every detail is handled, and nothing is left to chance.

Planning Fees
My planning services are designed for clients seeking a high-touch, fully managed travel experience. My non-refundable planning fees reflect the time, expertise, and partner coordination required to design and manage a seamless, elevated experience.
Custom Trip Design & Management:
- 1–5 days: starting at $500
- 6–10 days: starting at $750
- 11–15 days: starting at $1,000
- Complex or multi-destination trips: custom quoted
Group travel and specialty trips (safaris, cruises, etc.) are quoted individually.
